Cookie Monster
Episode: #04082
It's an outrage that cookies are no longer the number one snack for children under six. Fruit is un-American.
Indie electro rap group Thunderheist is currently down to three finalist in its "Jerk It" video competition. If you've made a chose, vote for it here.
I would embed the video directed by Kristin Waterson, but it seems to take a minute or two load before it starts playing. To view it go here and sit tight while it loads. I like this one. Her version features several people from different walks of life suddenly becoming energized with the need to move or jerk it, if you will...
The next video is directed by dinosaurFACTORY. It's sort of a simple, hey were a night club looking at drunk young people dancing and getting stupid. All I can say to this one is meh.
The third video finalist is directed by thatgo (Noel Paul and Stefan Moore). Head on over here to watch this one in a larger HD version.
Sometimes I just need to share things. What could be better than young-hot-Norwegian Lene Nystrøm's music video "It's Your Duty". This is from her solo 2003 album Play With Me. As a bonus, I've also included a version of Lene singing it live on Danish TV.
You know you wanted it. Say nothing and it shall be yours. Here is Weezer's "Pork & Beans" (acoustic) featuring Tay Zonday and Brian Bell.
The world really hasn't heard from writer/director Jennifer Lynch since Boxing Helena (1993). For whatever reason she is finally making a return in 2008 with her new movie Surveillance. Her father, David Lynch, is an executive producer on the film.
You've probably heard about a mythical fanboy movie called Raiders of the Lost Ark: The Adaptation. Well I'm here to tell you it's all true. If you could only see what I have seen with my eyes. I got chance to attend a screening last June during the final months of the original Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. It was an awesome movie experience.
Current TV is currently running a pod (video short) about the filmmakers and their movie.
Weezer's newest music video for "Pork and Beans" is the first single on their soon to be (I need it now) released self-titled album, also known as the Red Album. The music video is Internet greatness.
Here's the newest music video from Gnarls Barkley. "Going On" was directed by Wendy Morgan, shot in Jamaica.
