Rain? Rain! Seriously, who the hell asked for rain on Day 1? SXSW 2009 is my fourth. My routine is usually going in late afternoon to pickup my badge and seeing one movie. Then it's off to work I go. That's a Day 1 for me. With all things here in central Texas being wet and cold, attending Day 1 ain't looking to good for me.

Chick-fil-A: Chick-n-strips, waffle potato fries and lemonade. Also, I recently started using Brighkite on my iPhone.
What's Brightkite?

Brightkite is a location-based social network. In real time you can see where your friends are and what they're up to. Depending on your privacy settings you can also meet others nearby.

You can also use Brightkite to add a note (sort of like Twitter) and a photo. The photo below was taken using within the Brightkite app and I also added a note. Here's what it looks like via Brightkite.
